Challenge Partners

We are part of a national organisation, Challenge Partners. This enables us to access a network of professional development which enables all staff to experience peer-led evaluation of our school development and improvement. Each year, we undertake a Quality Assurance Review, which is a three-day process. It's led by an expert lead reviewer and  reviews are conducted by a trained team of headteachers and senior leaders from schools within Challenge Partners. Working with us as the host school, the visiting team celebrate the school’s strengths and works with leaders to identify further areas for development.
