At ACE Tiverton School we understand what a big step moving from one school is from one school to another, which is why we provide  students with a personalised transition plan to help the process to run as smoothly as possible. 

Your child's transition programme will be managed by Mrs Sharna Causley Student and Family Support Co-Ordinator
